Possibly in August 2002 KS2261 is working an Airport-Hotels shuttle competing with the Airport Express. The little Austral bodied MAN 10.180 was new as Brisbane 354 (354BGH) in 1991. It was withdrawn the following year and returned to Queensland with Vassallo Buses of Sarina with rego 101JOK, lasting until 2016. |
A big bus for KST! New as ACTION, Canberra, 509 (ZIB509) in 1977, this CAC bodied MAN SL200 is seen with Kingsford Smith Transport in Sydney in August 2004 near their airport area depot. The bus had two intermediate owners: Panorama and Deane of Queanbeyan. Not long after 52 (KS2217) was photographed it was sold for non-PSV use. |

Nestling in KST's airport depot in 2004 was 51 (KS2216), originally 1136 (MO1136) with State Transit. KST acquired it from Sydney Kings Basketball Club in an advert livery for the Skybar Tavern, which it still carried. It was sold to the Towradgi Beach Hotel in 2007 and acquired for preservation in 2013. |

Kingsford Smith Transport also acquired several of ACTION's Ansair bodied Renault PR100.2 buses, but not direct from ACTION as already seen on page 1. This Renault, 52 (TV5861), also came from Hawkesford's International, where it was 97 (TV5861), but it also spent time with Busabout in Wagga Wagga as MO6274, but was new to ACTION in 1988 as 772 (BUS772). It is seen here in Coogee in November 2016.

The bus was seen again in March 2017, with several others from the fleet on a charter and parked up near Centennial Park.

Kingsford Smith Transport (KST) snapped up no less than seven Brisbane Volvos. Seen in March 2017 on Darley Road by Centennial Park was 87 (TV8464), former Brisbane 222 (222BIQ) but later with rego 222RHV. The bus was with several others, obviously on a school excursion, including the ex Sydney Mercedes artic 2558 (MO2558) now with rego MO025 with LEY-AEC Transport in Brookvale.

Another KST B10M 84 (TV8841) is seen on Campbell Parade, Bondi in November 2017. The bus was acquired from Thompson Bus Services in May 2016 where it had been 52 (052GJT) but was originally Brisbane

Austral bodied MAN 10.180 midibus 352 (352BGH) was another short lived Brisbane Transport bus which passed to Kingsford Smith Transport in Sydney as their number 53 (KS2253). It is seen being used on airport services still in Brisbane livery. Of the original batch of seven 352, 354 (above) and one other joined KST. |

Seen alongside former Brisbane Austral Metroliner bodied Volvo B10M is another Renault, 8023 (TV4319) acquired with the Tiger Tours business. They are together in the Telford yard in March 2017. The PR100 has since been sold to Kingsford Smith Transport with rego TV9474. The Volvo was Brisbane 259 (259BLE) but was acquired from Transit Systems, where it had been 1201 (MO5475). The Volvo was numbered 9012 but has since been withdrawn.

Seen in March 2017 in Waverley on a school run is Mitsubishi Rosa 12 (TV8681) still in the colours of former owner Sealink where it was 30 (WSM465), new in 2002 in their Skylink livery.

The Rosa was seen again over five years later in October 2022 on the morning school run, again in Waverley.

Another Waverley school bus in March 2019 was AB Denning Vario bodied Mercedes 814D midibus 36 (CJ66HO) allegedly new to Sydney Buses as 3980, possibly for the Airport Express. It went on to serve Norwest Coaches of Kellyville as TV3212 then Mee's as their 53 (5252AO), though KST acquired it from Northside Christian College in Bundoora with rego 1BG1NI. It was withdrawn in 2022.

Seen at Kingsford Smith Airport is Toyota HiAce Commuter 8 (TV9158). It was new in 2007, acquired from an unknown source by 2018 and seen in October 2023.

Seen in January 2018 and withdrawn by that June was this rare Juru Coach bodied Dennis Javelin GX, 61 (TV3863). It was new to Chris's Coaches of Port Melbourne in 1999 with rego PLQ056, later 0779AO. KST acquired it from Holiday King Coaches of Kingsgrove where it had fleet number 8.
