 A visit to their Legana depot in February 2019 provided an excellent selection of the fleet to view starting With this Coach Design bodied MAN 18.360 bought new in 2012, 1 (C78QP).

 Not a lot is known about this pair of Mitsubishi Rosas. Nearer the camera is 27 (A94LH). The oen behind is new withdrawn, 24 (B39CI), it dates from 2009 and at some stage had Victorian rego BS01VC.

 Another coach no longer with McDermotts is Coach Design bodied midi sized MAN 12.220, 51 (C02VX). It was new in 2006 to Lee of Carlingford with rego TV4286.

 With the roo bar hiding the rego this smart Mitsubishi Rosa is unidentified.

 New to Wells Wagons in 2008 as their 42, this Fuso Rosa is now 60 (A52BJ) with McDermotts.

 Nearly ten years separates this pair. Representing the earlier days is 2008 Coach Concepts bodied MAN 18.360 8 (A16QB) whilst Coach Design bodied Volvo B11R 58 (F37QV) dates from 2017.

 With nearly a third of the forty odd fleet made up of Rosas, it is not surprising that here is another, the Mitsubishi, 36 (FR2325), dates from 2004 and for some reason sports this dark red livery.

Receiving attention was Mitsubishi Rosa 34 (FB7718) of 2004, now withdrawn.

 Arriving a month before 8, this MAN 18.360, 7 (A08DP), has a Coach Design body leaving 8 as the only one bodied by Coach Concepts.

 One of the newer Rosas in the fleet was 57 (F39QB) dating from 2016.

 Another midi coach was 1994 Coach Design bodied MAN 11.230 11 (FB2748) which had come from Australian Prestige Coaches in Sydney, TV3986.

 Undoubtedly the most interesting bus in the fleet - and seemingly still around in 2026 - was this 1999 NCBC bodied Dennis Dart acquired from the Colonial Club in Cairns where it had been registered 288FAW. Here it is 50 (C03VX).

 Dating from 2001 Mitsubishi Rosa A50LH had been sold to Tiger Wilderness Tours of Devonport. It is seen here in February 2019 in the main depot of Merseylink as their 47. Alongside is their Toyota Coaster 5 (B35CD) bought new in 2009.

 From one Mac to another, this four wheel drive Coaster is seen with McDermott's as their 21 (B29TQ). It was new to Down Under Tours in 1995 with rego 555DMI, passing to Mackay Transit as their 24 whose livery it keeps. The conversion to four wheel drive occured before acquisition by McDermott's.

 A major venture launches shortly after the February visit was a contract to convey visitors to Cradle Mountain and reduce the car useage there. Seen in November that year was 13 (XT75AH) a BCI FBC6850BRZ3, one of five delivered during 2018, but there was no sign of them at the depot in February 2019.
