 16005 MIDLAND RED Leyland Titan PD2 Lowbridge. With the acquisition of Kemp and Shaw in 1955, Midland Red gained this PD2 Lowbridge, the only lowbridge double-decker in the fleet. Fleet number 4844 is depicted on route L34 to Anstey, being withdrawn in 1967, an unusually long career for a bus as unique to a fleet as this. NOVEMBER 1994 RELEASE |
