Fittingly, leading the afternoon parade at the M&D100 celebration rally was this 99 year old Hallford open top doubledecker, new to Maidstone & District Motor Services. Surprisingly it had a fair turn of speed and was a few lengths ahead of the next entrant in the substantial parade of over thirty former M&D buses and coaches at the event on Saturday April 9th.
