The Alexander Dennis Enviro400 is a confusing description of a bus as it is the name for the complete vehicle built by Alexander Dennis, but also the for the body when built on other chassis. Some Volvo deckers have received the body and several Scania N230UDs, particularly for Stageocach subsidiaries have been similarly bodied. Whereas the pure ADL model uses the addition of AdBlue to meet current European pollution levels, the Scania uses post combustion filters.
