Reading Buses deserted High Wycombe some years ago when Arriva the Shires took complete control of the 800 and 850 trunk routes to Reading. This weekend they are back with ome of their Irizar i3 bodied Scania N250UB buses normally found in Newbury on the Vodafone contract - and hence their red livery, they are not London refugees! This is 24 (YN17ONJ) being used on the Shuttle to PennFest, the annual nearby music festival able to take place with the easing of Covis restrictions. It appears to be loading in Oxford Road round the corner from the Bus Station, where sister vehicle 26 was simultaneously on layover.
