Last seen at SHOWBUS in 2018 on the shuttle across Donington Park, with its special SHOWBUS font destination display was former Yellow Buses East Lancs Vyking bodied Volvo B7TL HJ02HFF, still in Bournemouth livery. It was one of a pair then recently acquired by`Red Rose Travel for school runs to Cottesloe School in Wing. The bus has just been painted in a reverse of standard fleet livery, now mostly metallic chrome yellow, appropriate to its school bus duties. Its twin, HJ02HFD, is being painted this week. If you want to ride on these buses they are due to work the roughly half hourly service between SHOWBUS and St Albans Stations on September 29th. Plans to dub this one the "Hogwarts Express" were shelved in case Warner Brothers Studios objected! In Bournemouth it was mundanely known at 422 and its sister 420.
