 In April 2023 Transdev had one electric bus, a Volgren Optimus bodied BYD D9RA new to Transdev in Melbourne in September 2019. When they lost the Melbourne contract the bus was transferred to the former Shorelink area operation as 8186 (MO8186).

 Here is the bus when operating for Transdev Melbourne as 3000 (BS05MR), Melbourne's first electric bus. It is seen performing on the 246, crossing High Street in February 2020. The standard PTV livery had been modified to relay its green credentials. When Transdev lost their Sydney contracts, the bus - being owned by Transdev - moved again to Transdev John Holland rather than passing to CDC NSW with the Shorelink area operations.
