A fleet of Dodge vans was maintained for Santa Monica's Dial A Ride service at the turn of the century.

In May 2014 this Ford E450, 1601, was seen on Dial-a-Ride work.

Work was taking place at the depot in August 2002 to provide a compressed gas refuelling station and storage facility for the new NABI LNG bus fleet.

By October 2011 the Santa Monica big blue bus depot had undergone several changes from when previously visited. The entire depot was even better screened from outside view and the entry gate a more formidable barrier. Buses no longer had their own individually numbered parking bays and new maintenance facilities has replaced the old on the opposite side of the establishment. Several of the new NABI 60-BRT rapid blue units can be seen parked on the left with some New Flyers and one GM Fishbowl was parked up, but out of permitted camera shot.

In October 2011 five electric hybrid ElDorado E-Z Rider II BRT buses (2900-2904) delivered the previous year were somewhat elusive. This front shot of 2901 was partially masked by an unhelpful passing car.
