 Surprise arrivals in High Wycombe in 2013 were several MCV Evolution bodied MAN 14.220 buses. Local Carousel Buses operated a number of similar buses in the town, but their use by an Arriva group company was more revolutionary than EVO-lutionary. The buses were branded for the "one" route jointly operated with Carousel Buses after the council brokered an end to competition on the Chesham - Wycombe route. Seen on the route in June 2015 is 3743 (AE56MBF). The bus had a checkered history before arriving in Wycombe having served with Flights Connect Buses Southern on Gatwick Hotel shuttles, as well as with Central Connect and Surrey Connect.

 In October 2017 MAN 3743 was seen again in Chesham Broadway with similar looking Carousel 875 (AR61EWR), but its Evolution body is on a Mercedes O500LE chassis.
