Arriving at SHOWBUS in September 2014 to peform the site shuttle is Enviro 50501 (MX61BAO), its livery slightly modified with more red on the front and silver headlights. The fleet had been given five digit fleetnumbers as part of a ticket machine upgrade and the requirements of the associated sophisticated software. Picture ref 14-0489 |
Enviro200 OU08EHO, now 50505, was being serviced at the depot in July 2015. Picture ref B440 |
Now in fleet livery, former Diamond Jubilee bus 50526 (YX08HBZ) pulls on to the stand 275 in Wycombe Bus Station in June 2016 alongside at new First Berkshire Wright Streetlite DF with dedicated branding for the X74 Slough service. For some reason the 275 service has been allocated a stand at the far end of the bus station where services depart for Watford, Heathrow, Amersham and Missenden, whereas the services which generally head out towards West Wycombe, including the National Express 737 to Oxford depart from the opposite end! In this May 2018 view at the Red Rose yard at Stone the most interesting vehicle is undoubtedly the Alexander ALX200 bodied Dennis Dart SLF new to Connex as DA16 (H116HWB) in 2001. It passed to Red Rose from Abellio via Travel London. More mundane was the trio of Enviro200 buses joining the fleet from Metroline and new to First London. From left to right we have YX61FZC (DM44260), YX10BGV (DML44613) and YX10BGY (DML44164). Picture ref C536 |
