For some curious reason RM1001, now in preservation and seen here at the '99 North Weald Rally, has been adorned with a roof route destination box, as seen on some members of the RT family when in actual service.

 Showbus two years later and things are back to normal, when RM1001 is seen alongside Arriva's RM6.
