Diamond Buses Dennis Dart Marshall 704
From the Go North East came large numbers of Marshall bodied Dennis Darts including 704 (M811GFT) which was new as Sunderland District 8101. As can be seen, it had retained North East colours and was having to use unconventional destination displays.

A better close up of 704.

Diamond Buses Dennis Dart Marshall 709
A nearside view of 709 (M816GFT) from the same batch. At least ex Sunderland District 8106 had found some local destination blinds.

Diamond Buses Dennis Dart Marshall 710
Dart 710 (M817GFT), also complete with blinds, is being followed by a Mercedes of Travel WM emphasising the contrast in the two operations in the city.

Diamond Buses Dennis Dart Plaxton Pointer 391
Originally from a different division of the Northern Group, 391 (M891GBB) used to be Tyneside Omnibus 8091, and unlike the buses above has a Plaxton Pointer body.
