Bunyip Tours is a small Melbourne tour operator. It offers many of the usual sightseeing tours from the city in its Mitubishi Rosa minibuses along the Great Ocean Road and Phillip Island Penguin Tours. Less usual is a tour to Wilsons Prom, but its niche market revolves around the world famous Neighbours TV soap, made in Melbourne. This Rosa is seen outside the Elephant & Wheelbarrow in St Kilda, once home to Dr Karl's Waiting Room and Neighbours Nights. The bus has just done a run from the city, bringing participants to what was the regular Monday evening event, "the best night out in Melbourne". The Neighbours logo on the cab door is difficult to see in the fading evening sunset light, but as can be seen this is the bus usually used for Phillip Island trips. |

Rosa 0890AC is seen outside the Neighbours Centre in Flinders Street, downtown Melbourne. The shop serves as a booking centre for all the tours, but hosts an internet centre as well as a sales outlet for Neighbours merchandise. It is also the starting point for tours and this Mitsubishi is about to set off on one in February 2012. The bus has probably been hired in either to cover for a vehicle off the road or to meet extra demand. |
