The remaining Mercedes O405 with earlier Custom bodies delivered with orange relief have been repainted all white. Seen in Blacktown in February 2013 is thirteen year old 471 (MO5163).

Having swung round 471 squeezes through the stands under the overhead walkways which link the bus stands with the railway station and Blacktown shopping centre, whilst spanning the railway tracks. Note these older Mercedes all retain a bright orange bumper.

Entering the T-way on route T71 to Rouse Hill is 580 (MO5148), a Mercedes O405 with the newer and more familiar Custom 510 body though it too dates from 2000.

The next style of body on the Mercedes O405 from Custom was the rather chunky looking 550, though this bus dates from 1998. Busways bland white livery takes away some of the chubby look from the early low floor design of 445 (MO7392). Sadly the bus was withdrawn following accident damage in Berkshire Park in 2021 and used for parts.

The far more competent CB60 followed as Busways switched primarily to Scania as their chassis supplier. Five year old Scania K230UB 855 (MO9700) is seen in Blacktown Bus Station in February 2013.
