The name says it all - the Bustech Graduate body on this Volvo B7R is designed for school work. Dubbo 13 (1196MO) was new in 2007.

In 2009 Bustech made changes to their school bus and renamed it the SBV, presumably to match the VST. The Butterfly Bus destination on Volvo B7R 17 (1714MO) is part of a Buslines scheme to designate school buses. Each service is characterised by its own native creature and usually a window sticker depicting the creature is displayed in the window. So a number of Dubbo school children were about to go to school on a butterfly.

The creature names on the school buses are not restricted to native Australian species with 15 (1182MO) leaving the depot as the Hippo Bus.
