Logan City Bus Service Volvo B12BLE Bustech VST
Logan City Bus service has become a highly standardised fleet of Volvo B12BLE chassis mounted with Bustech VST bodies. Early examples were on Mercedes O405NH and neither those Mercedes (45-50) or early Volvos had the VST version of Bustech's body, just one of which can be seen towards the end of the line. This long line of Volvos is seen at the Jutland Street, Loganlea depot in August 2009, but despite the standardisation there are differences between the first three in line up. First up is 119 (119CBS) in Translink livery and a similar particular today would look much greener! In standard pre-Translink livery is 90 (90CBS) and then comes 100 (100CBS) in a special centenary style. All the buses have CBS registrations, the C standing for Clarks, the original fleetname, later giving way to Clark's Logan City Bus Service. Maintaining the CBS registrations means that new buses frequently take the number and registration of a departing fleet member.
