The 360 is a wiggly route that links Bondi Junction with residential areas on the slopes of Bronte and Clovelly and as such is quite busy as the terrain is steep in parts. Tight bends and parked cars make it tough for bus drivers too which is why Sydney Buses invested in the short Bustech VSTM Scanias for these type of routes. It does not stop the long Mercedes O405NH buses being deployed still or, indeed, the VSTM units finding themselves on the 400, usually the preserve of the tri-axle high capactity Scanias. In April 2014 the driver has an O500LE allocated as he works his way through Waverley.
