A pair of New Flyer D40HF, N3263 on the left and N3218, flank Ford minibus S070 at Phibbs Exchange in this October 2007 view.

Several D40HFs at Phibbs Exchange plus a New Flyer D40LF at the rear. Phibbs Exchange is on the north shore of Vancouver Harbour, near the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge crossing. The exchange is in a relatively remote location and is empty more than busy, but services are timed to coincide affording connections across the north shore as well as across the bridge to the city.

This wheel chair bound passenger descends from Flyer N3255 at Phibbs.

Passengers waited patiently while the disabled passenger was lifted aboard N3219 by the powered lift built into the door and floor of the high floor New Flyer D40HF.

The operation is nearly complete. The N prefix on the fleet numbers of most buses frequenting the Phibbs Exchange means they are allocated to the depot on the North shore of the harbour. Flyer N3219 sports a black base wrap advert for a local car dealer.
