Just a few miles over the border from Winnipeg is the small North Dakota town of Pembina. It is home to an MCI plant where vehiclea are finished prior to delivery. The USA location helps the Canadian company's vehicles to qualify for federal funding on their deliveries to American transit agencies. This through the keyhole view a pair from the batch 2483-2499 which was delivered in August and September 2011. They followed on from early deliveries of 33 that year.
Stretched out in Hamilton GO Station in late July 2017 is MCI D4500CT, 2508, from the 2012 delivery of 36 such machines.
