Our only picture of a Bristol LS in service was this dark image from around 1970 taken on 35mm film and scanned, sadly the location cannot be identified but the bodywork is similar to preserved 2920 below with the destination box resembling the shape of Wilts & Dorset's many dual purpose LS types with their black roofs.

Climbing Windsor Castle Hill in June 1977 for the SHOWBUS Jubilee Rally sponsored by National Travel South East was dual purpose LS5G 2002 (YHY78), later renumbered 2920. It is seen from the top of National's ex East Kent silver AEC Regent V, waiting to take the Mayor of Windsor on the Jubilee Run from Windsor to have lunch with the Mayor of Hillingdon at the Hillingdon Show, the then home of SHOWBUS.

The dual purpose Bristol LS was part of the Bath Services division and spent much of its working life at Devizes depot. Here it is arriving at the Hillingdon Showground.
