Built by the famous Philadelphian tram manufacturer Brill in the USA in 1903 this car was new a 11 in the Dunedin fleet. On retiring fifty years later it was used as a farm storage shed, but discovered and rescued in 1964, arriving in Ferrymead three years later and from 1981 underwent 9000 hours of restoration becoming a founder memeber of the Christchurch Tramway fleet.
