In New York the Coach USA New York Sightseeing operation was also the City Sightseeing franchisee. The fleet of new Dennis Tridents and Alexander-Dennis Enviro500s is in sharp contrast to the ex London Metrobuses in use on the west coast. Former London M310 (BYX310W) is seen at Fisherman's Wharf.
Sister vehicle M314 (BYX314V) is named "Newcastle" and may have been on the City Sightseeing operation in that city in the same way as "Chesterfield" (M310) above.
Slightly newer M495 (GYE495W) is seen as the other Metrobuses above on layover at the Wharf on August 2008. Still fitted with its UK centre doorway, the cable car mural has been replaced with an offset rendition of the Transamerica building.
City Sightseeing M495 again on Van Ness astride the cable car tracks and accentuating its right hand drive arrangement, the Metrobus' asymmetric windscreen adding further to the incongruity. Metrobus M495 is named "Liverpool".
