Springfield in Ohio is one of many Springfields in the USA and is not necessarily the home of the Simpsons! The local bus service goes by the name of Springfield City Area Transit with the perhaps unfortunate shortened trading name of SCAT. They have a modern bus facility close to the city centre.

Several buses, typical of the fleet makeup, are seen receiving maintenance in the facility.

In the sheds again was a mix of the fleet, Gillig Advantage 5455 is on the right with a Phantom opposite and another Advantage entering at the rear.

Out in the open was Ford E450 5411. It is part of the paratransit fleet, a wheelchair lift being built into the nearside front door.

Sister vehicle 5412 was also outside when the depot was visited in late July 2010.
