Not an open topper, but another build effort of a doubledeck coach. The screen appears to be of MCI origin, but whether any of the rest of the vehicle is remans a mystery. The vehicle is seen at the Grove in October 2013. There is no City Sightseeing lettering and the coach is part of StarLine's other operations.
