 Look closely and you will see it is an opentopper, but the weather at SHOWBUS in 2010 probably meant the canvas roof stayed in place on RML2706 (SMK706F). Sadly the prospect of it being used in its new role as the London Bus Bar was even more unlikely with the catering contracts in place at the Imperial War Museum. It may be a different story of it comes to the 2013 Long Marston event. The former Metroline Routemaster was withdrawn in 2004 and converted for its present role in 2009.

 Converted to open top in 1986, RM752 (WLT752) was transferred to the London Sightseeing Tour fleet. It retired from there in 2001 and had a checkered career, including a spell with Quantock Motor Services, before ending up with the dealer Wealden PSV in whose care it was still thought to be when photographed at the Maidstone & District Centenary rally in 2011. It is believed to have been reregistered EAS543 shortly after leaving London Coaches sightseeing fleet.

 London General's open top RML, 2318, made an appearance at SHOWBUS 2012. It managed to take part in the Diamond Jubilee Parade from Royston representing the year 2010! The original intention of Go-Ahead London was to provide a two year old vehicle from the fleet, but things do not always go as planned. It was an interesting bus to have on the parade and on arrival at Duxford was switched to the colurful and diverse Go-Ahead display.

 Not so much open top, but pop-up top was the conversion to RML2292 (CUV292C) for its role with Pimms. The former Arriva RML, retired in 2004, is seen at the Epsom Derby in 2010, one of the many equestrian events it attends each summer for Pimms.
