 Beestons of Hadleigh in Suffolk has invested in two new doubledeckers. Both are coaches, though this 100 seater Volvo B9TL with Optare Olympus body is normally geared towards school contracts, but the vehicle is a good back up to the two Van Hool Astrobel coaches in the fleet. PN09ENX is seen arriving at SHOWBUS.

Arriving in the thick of entries is WA09AZD a new Van Hool Astrobel. A second vehicle, a couple of years old, had been acquired inn 2009 from Bakers Dolphin giving the company the ability to transfer 356 passengers in just four vehicles - bus four being Beeston's ex Hong Kong Olympian.

 The sun was not pointing the right way when we had the opportunity to snap the Olympus on display in the showground and Photoshop has been deployed to improve the image.
