Former Lothian 840 (J840TSC) became SJI1960 in Morton's doubledeck bus fleet. Their distinctive smart green deckers have been popular with enthusiasts. The Alexander bodied Leyland Olympian is seen in the old Thames Valley bus station in Reading - now demolished - which, after being mothballed for years, was pressed back into service for the Reading blockade in December 2010. The "First" blind - an acknowledgement to First Great Western - was a nice touch.

East Yorkshire bought a large batch of these handsome Alexander Royale bodied long wheelbase and lowheight coach seated Volvo Olympians. The capacity of G17BUS, fomerly 602 (N602BRH), was doubtless put to good use during the Christmas 2010 Reading Blockade when train services were suspended whilst major track work was undertaken at Reading Stations. The bus is alongside a Stagecoach Hampshire Bus Olympian parked in the old Bus Station. The bus had also spent time in the East Yorkshire associated Manchester fleet, Finglands. |

A more recent acquisition was X14BUS, a long wheelbase Volvo B9TL with East Lancs 102 coach seated bodywork new to Weavaway of Newbury in 2005 as OU05KKB. It is seen arriving for the last Duxford SHOWBUS in 2014.
