Seen atop Bretonside Bus Station is 169 (TTT169X) resting after a spell in service, it is one of the few survivors of the doubledeck fleet - an unusual East Lancs bodied late Leyland Atlantean.

Plymouth CityBus acquired this Alexander bodied Volvo Citybus from Trent to help replace the handful of Atlanteans retained for school duties and occasional service work. Volvo 189 (F606GVO) used to be Trent 606. It is seen here on Royal Parade in May 2005 in a livery promoting neighbourhood policing. |

Not exactly a Plymouth Citybus, but Guide Friday's former Edinburgh Atlantean OSF928M was maintained by PCT and used on the city tour which was a joint venture between the two companies concerned.
