This Plaxton Panorama Leopard, likely 6251 (WHA251H), is seen in Devon, probably in Torquay but more likely on express work, rather than tour, having been painted in National Express white, which does not suit the body style. It is seen with Devon General ECW bodied Bristol VRTSL3 1231 (LFJ878W) and a Leyland National in the brief era when Devon General buses were painted in NBC green instead of poppy red.
