What appears to be former United Counties Bristol VR 759 (VNV759H), one of the handful of United Counties Mark I VRs which were given a midlife rebuild and VRTSL3 front ends, is seen at the Marriott Convention Center in Philadelphia in July 2008. It is emblazoned for the Philadelphia Trolley Works Sightseeing Tours, the company that is the Big Bus franchisee in Philadelphia with fleet number 330. The bus was imported from Autobus Galland of Laval in Quebec with the registration plate from 759, but - as is often the case in America - UK number plates get swapped around and the bus is actually former City of Oxford 480 (HUD480S). |

Former UC coach 260 (GRP260D) has appeared several times at SHOWBUS and is seen here at the 2002 event in company with a similar former Royal Blue vehicle. The coach was owned by Suffolk operator Buckland Omnibus and used in a semi-preserved capacity.

The coach is seen earlier in the year at Scarborough taking part in the Plaxton Centenary celebrations in Plaxton's home town.
