 Dating from 1992, this Austral bodied Mercedes OH1622, 75 (491ITT), was new to Bruce of Lismore as MO0594. It moved to Coolum depot in 2011 and ended its days there six years later. |
 Even older was 57 (852IKH), a Bolton bodied Mercedes OH1316 transferred from Darwin where it had been 101 (MO263) and new to Buslink's predecessor, Ace Bus Service with that designation. It is about to pass parked up Mills-Tui Mercedes OH1728 4 (194IZV). |
 Seen a couple of days earlier in Gladstone depot was this pair of Calliope Coaches, still in their previous operators livery but carrying their new fleet numbers. On the left is P&D bodied Csepel 854.03 325 (330HBX) new to Green's Northern Coaches as MO6203. With Calliope it was known as "Looney Tunes". It spent most of its time at Gladstone and left Buslink in 2017 for life with Funcoach4u back in NSW with rego TV6566, but was advertised for sale in late 2020. Its fellow fleet member, now 324 (505DJS) appears to have been new to Calliope as "Shady Lady" in 1996. The Austral Denning Aspire Allstar was based at Kunda Park and was sold to an unknown operator in Melbourne as 2333AC the following year. |
 This 1987 PMC bodied Scania K92CR, 56 (342GZZ) has an even longer history than the Csepel above. It was acquired from Sussex Bus of Wandandian where it was MO5457. Before that is was TV2797 with Roadcoach of Ulladulla being ex 414 (MO1033) with Busways. Before that is was MO1033 with Peninsula Bus Lines and new as 18 (MO0784) to Brisbane Water Coaches of Gosford. It finally succumbed in 2012. |
