We have already seen the impressive line up of Silver Phoenixes at Hastings depot. The other lines were less uniform. This starts with a trio of Scanias, Higers 5 (BS03QY) and 114 (BS01XD) sandwich Irizar 12 (BS06ME). The gap is a result of the vehicle having been pulled out to pose for the many keen photographers.

The interlopers are 91 (8284AO), the Mills-Tui Orbit Mercedes - of which more later - and Irizar bodied Scania K310IB 133 BS05SN, the highest numbered vehicle in the fleet at the time.
