Koala Koaches fleetname
Aside from Kangaroo Bus Lines, you could not have a more Aussie fleetname than Koala Koaches now with the tag Gold Coast. The lettering is nicely captured here in this photo.

Logan City Hino RG197K MCA 24 & Hino RG197K Austral Denning Starliner 25
A pair of Hino RG197K buses in the Logan City depot in August 2009. On the right is what was the only Austral Denning Starliner in the fleet, 25 (25CBS), a 57 dual purpose model dating from 1996. It was sold to Koala as 26 (655SFY). The MCA on the left, 24 (24CBS), later joined Koala as 27 (793VJX).

Yet another pair of Logan City Hinos. On the left we have 22 (22CBS), a 1992 57 bus seated RG197K which became Koala 11 (225SNI). On the right is 18 (18CBS) a 1997 RG230 with 57 bus seat APG Starliner body.

Logan City Hino BD186R PMCA 29 & Hino RG197K PMCA 31
A contrasting pair of Hinos, both with PMCA bodies. On the left Logan City is 29 (29CBS), a 1997 BD186R with 45 seat Cadet body which has since been sold to Queensland operator Glasshouse Country Coaches of Beerwah as 44 (972SGH). The PMCA 160 RG197K on the right, 31 (31CBS), joined Koala as 10, seen earlier.

Logan City Hino RG197K MCA 27
Delivered to Logan City in 1994, MCA bodied Hino RG197K 27 (27CBS) survived longer than most other Hinos in the fleet, probably because if its dual door body seating 51, it passed to Koala as 14 (414TYM).
