 Occasionally one finds a really attractive setting for a bus depot. The Lithgow depot is one such, the yard of buses against the backdrop of a hillside and - in early November 2013 - beautiful clear blue skies. Picture ref A1091 |

 Part of the line up in the yard was 2 (2169AO), the first of four Custom 200 bodied Mercedes O400 buses delivered in 1995 to the then Jones Brothers Bus Company, since split under Buslines Group ownership into Lithgow Buslines and Bathurst Buslines. Mercedes 2, seen having done its run on the morning butterfly school route, is in the old Jones green striped livery. Picture ref A1099 |
