The first low floor Mercedes in the Westbus fleet were these O405NH models with somewhat ungainly looking Custom Coaches 550 bodywork and seemingly high waistrails. This one is loading in Parramatta with a Hopkinsons' Volvo behind.

This O405NH has been painted in the new Westbus livery which had been adopted by all National Express' Australian subsidiaries, where possible. The Custom 550 bodied Merc MO7243 is emerging from under the railway bridge in the centre of Parramatta a year or two earlier. |
Seen in August 2004 on route to Blacktown is Custom CB30 bodied MAN 12.220 8201 (MO8201). The bus moved on to the CDC QCity Transit operation in Queanbeyan.
