As the sun sets on a July evening, a CLRV is seen crossing the Don River silhouetted by the city skyline.

Passing on the Queen Street Viaduct over the River Don is ALRV 4242 approaching on the left and CLRV 4130 receding on the right. The bridge was built in 1911 but the adornment with the inscription "This river I step in is not the river I stand in" was added by artist Eldon Garnet in 1996, eleven years before the picture was taken. The clock was broken and was removed in 2010.

Seen in July 2003 is CLRV 4113.

Four years later and 4113 was still in service. Indeed the fleet had several more years service in front of it. Unfortunately none of the TTC streetcar fleet was low floor and a new fleet of 204 Bombardier Flexity Outlook Cityrunner streetcars was ordered for delivery from 2010/2011. These cars are of course low floor and capable of negotiating the systems tight bends and inclines.

August 2007 and CLRV 4192 passes Broadview Subway Station, the terminus of streetcars 504 and 505.
