 Back to May 2014 for this rear nearside view of Xcelsior 5617 at The Grove on 3rd Street at the junction with Fairfax opposite the offices of the Writers Guild of America. The shot reveals that the tanks do not occupy the entire roof superstructure. It is also worth noting that no use is made of the roof fairings for advertisement purposes, as they would be quite effective - even the Watchmen advert above avoids using them. Picture ref A3137 |
