Seen at Millennium Showbus is Motts Leyland Leopard with Plaxton Supreme coachwork, a fleet stalwart and regular rally attender. The coach stayed in the fleet while many newer vehicles went their separate ways. As the destination blind suggests it was used as a regular service bus during Motts Yellow Bus days.

The Leopard, SUR283R, at SHOWBUS international 2001 alongside former Midland Red Leopard 674 with Plaxton Supreme Express coachwork and roof destination box. At both rallies the coach was part of the Plaxton through the ages display. Eventually SUR retired from service in 2002. |
This picture hails from Yellow Bus days and before "SUR" was repainted back into original livery. The coach is seen at Hedgerley Village on the short working of the 444 from Slough. The service was an evenings only contract with the Hedgerley run sandwiched between runs from High Wycombe. The initial journey ran through as an M1 from Aylesbury and the final run as an M15 to Stoke Mandeville. |
