Three unscheduled entrants were conveniently displayed together on the day in this colourful selection of early model Leyland Olympians. The school bus yellow one is unidentified, but alongside is a former Metrobus Leyland bodied example now with Wiltax, G805SMV. The third example is from Redferns and was formerly Northern General 3741 (B741GCN) with ECW bodywork.

Leading the coach line up was the impressive entry from PPH at St Albans. Alongside the flagship Volvo B9TL, KE55KVW, was a 1988 Caetano bodied Volvo B10M, WSU451 followed by a selection of Scania Irizar Centuries. The display won them the Premier Operator Award for an unprecedented two years in a row.
