The guys at the Yarley Wood Bus Club depot of TWM took charge of providing the Site Shuttle service in the afternoon for which many were grateful for the chance to travel on their favourite Alexander ALX400 bodied Dennis Trident, 4354. It is seen here from the roof of the City Sightseeing Rally Control bus.

Queues to leave as well, the usual policeman not being present at the exit gate. That said the queue on the A505 up to the M11 would not have given a policeman much scope to feed buses out on to the road to head east. The road west was much easier and the new Baldock bypass meant a speedy getaway to the A1(M).
