Arriving at SHOWBUS international 2012 at Duxford was Plaxton Pointer step entrance Dennis Dart 5278 (M78CYJ). The bus is beleived to have been acquired for preservation. As it was new to Brighton as 79 it could have been preserved in their blue livery, Brighton & Hove red and cream or Southern Vectis green - it has done the rounds! - but W&D red and blue has been the preferred option. |

At work in Salisbury in June 2012 was MPD 3327 (HW54BUV). The bus appears to have had more owners than hot dibbers, being new to Bluestar as 314, passing to Southern Vectis before arriving in Salisbury, from where it went to Damory before leaving the Go South Coast group, but staying in the same area with Emsworth & District, but in 2019 was with Hulleys of Baslow. |
