Eastrans was a Kefford Corporation fleet. Kefford also owned Melbourne based Westrans, Benders in Geelong and Davis' in Ballarat. In February 2009 Singapore based Comfort Delgro Cabcharge acquired the group, which sits alongside their Sydney acquisition of the Westbus group from National Express. They retained the individual Kefford Group liveries and did not adopt the sunshine yellow which adorned the Sydney operations and dated from Westbus days. Ironically the same yellow disappeared from the Melbourne National Bus Company operation, which gave way to Ventura blues. However in 2015 CDC adopted the Vistoria PTV orange livery across all of its operations in the state and has eradicated the Kefford Group fleetnames and liveries.

Dating from Kefford days and seen in Flinders Street in the morning rush hour is this Volgren CR221L bodied Scania L94UB, 104 (4353AO).
|
Fleetnumber 100 (4944AO) in the Eastrans fleet is this Volvo B10BLE with the same style Volgren CR221L body as on the Scania above. The Volvo was delivered in 2000, a year before the Scania, it is also seen in Flinders Street. Notice the over window advertising board which chooses to mask the windows rather than pierce the sky line.

Advertising of a different sort adorned the nearside of 100, with two over window panels.
