In January 2016 major track work took place at Southbank depot and to the tram stop between the depot and the Casino. This obstructed depot access and the 96 reserved track between Southbank and st Kilda was used to store trams overnight. Part of the disruption resulted in this snap of an unidentified E Class tram having headed up St Kilda Road and about to negotiate St Kilda Junction, a section of track not used to see the Bombardiers.
