National 138 was one of the first of the type to be disposed of by Red Rover. It turned up at the Birmingham Outer Circle Run in 1999 in Centro colours having been used as a mobile exhibition, though traces of Red Rover red paint could be found around the nearside rear skirt panels!

National 138 passed into semi preservation with a group of Nottingham enthusiasts who have retained Centro's internal modifications so the vehicle can be used as a mobile sales stand for the society. |

The Nottingham Enthusiasts owning 728 have been steadily working on it over the years and have restored it to traditional Nottingham colours. It is seen at North Weald in 2009 and is a regular attender at SHOWBUS. |
