Wellingborough Leyland S3-30 Birch LF9967
Another of Mike Sutcliffe's loving restorations, LF9967, is a Birch bodied Leyland S3-30 of 1913. Seen in June, 100 years later, the bus was on long term loan to the Oxford Bus Museum. It has been preserved in the colours of United Counties' predecessor, Wellingborough Motor Omnibus.

Arriving at SHOWBUS 2012 was Leyland National 2 587 (SVV587W), not a participant in the Diamond Jubilee procession, but part of the 40th anniversary Leyland National display.

Representing 1961 in the Diamond Jubilee parade at SHOWBUS 2012 with Union Jacks on its grill is ECW bodied Bristol MW6G coach 201 (YBD201).
