At SHOWBUS international 2001 was Trent 837 (BRC837T) in the VR line up at the entrance gate.

National 471 (URB471S) was resplendent in NBC poppy red, alongside former Gt Yarmouth singledeck Atlantean 40 (GEX740F) at Millennium Showbus. Both vehicles were parked in front of the American Air Museum to take part in tours of Duxford village.

Also at Millennium Showbus was VR 837 newly restored in NBC Trent colours, it is seen alongside Southdown-BH&D VR 603 (TPN603S).

 An earlier VRTSL6G, 780 (YRC125M) was seen in July 2016 at the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre at Ruddington. Alongside is dual door RELL6G 138 (NNU447J) in the livery of Mansfield District and Midland General, but it later became Trent 358 in NBC poppy red.
