 Following on from 380800/800 was 801 (BS01LO) a BCI bodied Mercedes O500LE demonstrator, seen here approaching ST Kilda Junction from Barkly Street in January 2017.

 The demonstrator is seen parked up at the back of Fitzroy North depot in January 2018 with the three other 800-series Mercedes and 380386 (5286AO), a former Melbourne Bus Link Volgren CR227L bodied Scania L94UB. On the extreme right is our friend still numbered 380800, but, in order, next to 801 are 802 (8243AO) and 803 (1812AO), seemingly identical to 380800 but acquired from Panorama Coaches, where they were 37 and 41, respectively. The demonstrator left the fleet before the other three Mercedes.

 By November 2014, after a slow start, Transdev had done a pretty good job of getting the fleet reliveried as can be seen on most of the buses in this view of the Fitzroy North yard. Two Ansair bodied MAN SL200 buses, new to The Met remain in Westbus inspired livery. In front is 298 (1196AO).

 Three years on 298 was seen again at Fitzroy North and stangely had been selcted for an all over advert wrap for Eastland Shopping Centre.
