In 2005 there were more regular doubledeck workings on the 328 and 329 Wycombe - Reading services, usually the preserve of the ex Oxford Plaxton Verde bodied Volvo B10Bs. Here 5134 (G131YWC) heads into Marlow on a pleasant Autumn morning. The bus was one of four Northern Counties bodied long wheelbase Leyland Olympians acquired by London Country North West from Ensignbus in 1991 when only a couple of years old. |
Olympian 5109 (G129YEV) on route to Reading in Marlow at around 8.30 am in February 2003 when the appearance of a decker was a much rarer event. This bus was another of the Ensign quartet.
