More Watford refugees arrived in Wycombe in 2007 in the shape of Palatine II bodied Olympians, freshly repainted in interurban livery. Volvo 5150 (S150KNK) is seen in the summer that year about to cut through the buses only street. The street, by the old Marks & Spencers, was controlled by transponder linked traffic lights so traffic only flows one way at a time. Oddly the road used to be two way, so quite how the traffic lights improved the flow of buses is difficult to see. The lights and rising bollards have since been removed and the bus only road is frequently abused by motorists who often do not use as much care as bus drivers through the pedestrianised area.

Sister vehicle 5151 (S151KNK) is seen in February 2008 outside Sir William Borlase's Grammar School in Marlow on the newly renumbered 850 from Reading. The Palatine II buses had found a home on the Reading services in 2008.

Next in line, 5152 (S152KNK), was allocated to Aylesbury in summer 2007 and was still in standard Arriva bus livery. It is seen here on the 500 Aylesbury - Watford service leaving a wet Hemel Hempstead Bus Station.
